VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Pale yellow with bright, greenish hints. Pleasant fruity scents of exotic fruit blend with delicate floral notes. With good structure, fresh, favourful and balanced.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Excellent with seafood, it also pairs well with delicate meat dishes. Excellent with starters or as an aperitif.
