Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with mostly calcareous clay soil.
No earlier than April/May of the year after that of vinification.
VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Cold maceration of pressed grapes; soft pressing; fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Intense ruby red colour. Elegant nose of ripe red fruit with fine spicy notes of tobacco and pepper. With a good structure and length, it is soft, balanced and ready to drink.
