VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Brief cold maceration of the pressed grapes; soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Straw-yellow colour. Distinctive aroma, fruity with floral notes and hints of melon and lemon. Fresh taste, pleasant and harmonious.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Excellent with seafood, it also pairs well with delicate meat dishes. Excellent with starters and as an aperitif.
Available either with traditional cork or BVS screw top.
