VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Straw yellow with golden hues. Aromas of yellow fruit blend with floral and balsamic notes. Flavourful, with good structure and long length.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Excellent with all seafood, it also pairs well with delicate meat dishes and vegetables. Excellent with starters or as an aperitif.
