Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with mostly calcareous clay soil.

VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Brief cold maceration of the pressed grapes; soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Pale yellow with greenish hues. Persistent, fruity nose with hints of citrus. Good structure, excellent freshness, full, intense flavour.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
All fish, shellfish and seafood dishes, including raw, non-mature cheeses and white meats. Excellent aperitif.
