VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Pale pink color with soft golden hues. An intense fruity aroma, delicate floral notes and nuances of banana and black cherry. It is full-bodied, smooth, fresh and balanced.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Cold cuts, pizza, white meat, grilled vegetables, fish soup, tripe, fresh cheese. Excellent as aperitif.
Available either with traditional cork or BVS screw top.
