VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Soft pressing and fermentation with controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Straw-yellow with golden notes. Aroma of yellow fruit blend together with floral and balsamic notes. Savoury taste, with good structure and lingering length.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Excellent with the cuisine based on fish, it matches well also with delicate meat-based dishes and with vegetables. Very good with hors d’oeuvres and as aperitif.
Available either with traditional cork or BVS screw top.
