Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with mostly calcareous clay soil.
January/February of the year after harvest.
VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Brief cold maceration of the pressed grapes; soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Straw yellow in colour with greenish hues; the bouquet is fruity with hints of citrus and persistent. Good structure, excellent freshness, full, intense flavour.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
A good accompaniment to all fish dishes, it easily adapts to first courses and is a good aperitif.
Available either with traditional cork or BVS screw top.
