Intense ruby red color with violet shimmers. Wide perfumes of red mature fruit, flower notes of violet and rose and fine spicy and sweet notes. Of excellent structure, warm, full and rich of fruity notes.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Ideal partner for the typical Mediterranean cuisine, it matches pretty well with the first courses with meat-based sauces and with red and white grilled meat. Excellent with various medium matured cheese.
