Description

GRAPES
Montepulciano d’Abruzzo.

PRODUCTION AREA
Abruzzo, in the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella massif and the Adriatic Sea.

TERRAIN
Hilly with an average altitude of 250 metres above sea level, with mostly calcareous clay soil.

SELLING PERIOD
From March, the year after vinification.

VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Maceration of the skins at controlled temperature and refinement in stainless steel tanks.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
