Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with mostly calcareous clay soil.

VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Brief cold maceration of the pressed grapes; soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Pale yellow colour with greenish hues. Delicate floral and citrus nose. Long-lasting freshness with a harmonic balance of sapidity and acidity with a slightly bitterish finale.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Raw fish and fish-based starters, rice and pasta dishes, boiled or grilled fish, delicate white meats. Excellent aperitif.
