Hilly, with an average altitude of 250 metres above sea level, with mostly calcareous clay soil.

VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Short cold maceration, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Cherry red in colour with bright hints of violet. Intense, fruity nose with delicate hints of flowers, banana and sour cherry. Good structure, soft, fresh and balanced.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Cold cuts, pizza, fish soups, white meat, fresh cheeses and vegetables. Excellent as an aperitif.
Available either with traditional cork or BVS screw top.
