PERIOD OF COMMERCIALIZATION
January/February, the year after harvest.
VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT
Brief cold maceration of the pressed grapes; soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Cherry red with bright purple hues. Intense fruity aroma, delicate floral notes and hints of wild berries and black cherry. Good structure, soft, fresh and balanced.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS
Cured meats, pizza, white meat, grilled vegetables, fish soup, tripe and fresh cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
